Responsibilities:

Planning

• Analyze production schedules and sales forecasts to determine material requirements and prepare accurate material forecasts. Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and manage reorder points to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
• Communicate with suppliers to place orders, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to material supply. Generate and process purchase orders for materials and track their delivery to ensure timely receipt and availability.
• Collaborate with production teams or sales (Merchandize) to address any material shortages or delays and adjust plans to meet production requirements. Maintain accurate records of material orders, receipts, and inventory levels, and prepare reports as required.

Buyer

• Sourcing new suppliers, both local & offshore supplier to meet specification and requirements in term of cost and delivery, Work with subcontract to ensure supply to our production, Coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers to select the right material for new product at NPI phase
• Monitor PO and ensure that PO are successfully submit to overseas and local supplier in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Logistic, Engineer and related field
• 5-7 years experiences in Production planning and Purchasing
• Familiar with ERP / SAP system
• Fluency in English with TOEIC score at 500 or above
