About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong proficiency in Apex coding and configuration. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, backed by relevant certifications.

What you will be doing

• Develop and Maintain Salesforce Solutions: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

• Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects

• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and third-party tools

• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and manage data migrations, data cleansing, and data deduplication

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications

• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions

Who You Are and What You Will Bring

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

• Proficiency: Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. Preferred Certification: Agent Force Certification

• Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
