Building and Grounds Keeper

Transdev is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Building and Grounds Keeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. · Competitive salary range of $21.00/hr.

· Paid time off

· Perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment.

· Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.

· Gather and empty trash.

· Service, clean, and supply restrooms

· Clean and polish furniture, walls, machines, fixtures, windows, glass, and mirrors

· Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors

· Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

· Other duties as required.

· High school diploma or GED

· Must possess a valid Driver’s License

· Minimum of 6 months of janitorial experience preferred.

· Ability to read and follow complex directions.

· Ability to be detail-oriented.

· Drug testing and background check

· Testing related to job requirements.
