Een ECHT Management Traineeship

De kortste weg naar een leidinggevende positie in het snelstgroeiende bedrijf van Europa waarbij je vanuit ondernemerschap operationeel, commercieel en financieel verantwoordelijkheid draagt;
Geen specialistisch werk en geen uitbesteding naar klanten; je voert dynamisch en afwisselend werk uit op verschillende Eurofins locaties
Het tweejarige programma bestaat uit vier verschillende projecten, waarvan minimaal twee projecten gericht zijn op Business Development en Operations. Denk aan het implementeren van innovatieve systemen, het opzetten van nieuwe businessmodellen tot het begeleiden van overnames. Een professionele werkomgeving met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatieven, ondernemerschap en mogelijkheden tot internationale vervolgstappen;
We streven naar 10% tijdsinvestering in jouw persoonlijke- en leiderschapsontwikkeling, hierbij valt onder andere te denken aan; het volgen van vakinhoudelijke- en vaardigheidstrainingen, training on the job, coaching van senior management en intervisie met andere trainees.

Locatie: standplaats in Nazareth / Merelbeke, maar bereid om 1 á 2 projecten in Nederland te doen. In overleg verhuizen of remote.
