About the Job

Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter);

Manage the recruitment of senior executives for our different business lines across Europe;

Partner with internal clients and research associates and drive the strategy, process, and timelines as it relates to candidate identification and development;

Lead local and remote Recruitment Researchers to generate ideas, leverage existing resources (Eurofins ATS, social media, databases and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy;

Own all aspects of candidate recruitment including setting strategy, crafting a message, executing on calls/video interviews, networking, developing, and building relationships with candidates, and advising the internal clients on the potential candidates;

Execute executive research which may include networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.;

Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to enable business unit heads and hiring managers to be well-informed on market conditions.
