You’ll be the bridge between departments, employees, and leadership, supporting day-to-day HR activities. This position is ideal for any HR operation professional who seeks to diversify their activities and expand their knowledge. Join us and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by supporting the entire employee's journey at dcbel!  Main responsibilities<ul><li>Organizational Structure &amp; Development: Maintain and update employee information in our HRIS (BambooHR), organizational documents , policies and reports. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support across HR-related matters</li><li>Talent Acquisition: work with hiring managers during the recruitment process on a need’s basis and keep information updated in our ATS</li><li>Employee Onboarding: Generate offers letters/employment contracts, conduct background checks, and ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Help organize group and individual training sessions based on development needs and generate surveys.
