About the Job
Are you an experienced Lead Developer eager to make a significant impact? We’re looking for a Lead Developer to join Upright's Platform Team and help shape the future of our cutting-edge data analytics platform.
Upright’s platform (https://uprightplatform.com) powers decision-making for 250+ institutional investment organizations and corporations across Europe and North America. Our platform team develops and maintains both customer-facing features and internal tools that ensure seamless data insights for our users.
As a Lead Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in taking ownership of larger projects and initiatives, while potentially also guiding a team to deliver impactful results. You’ll take charge of technical leadership in key areas, own project delivery, mentor and coach team members, delegate tasks effectively, drive process improvements, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, efficiently, and with impeccable quality.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing company while shaping the future of our platform. Responsibilities will be tailored to match your experience and interests, ensuring you can thrive in a role that aligns with your strengths and ambitions.
If you’re ready to grow your career and lead meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you!

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing performance and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive technical decision-making and set the technical direction for projects.
