Looking for a Summer Internship for 2025 in Financial Services? We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands-on experience into our business and Product function.

The opportunity:

The Liquidnet Product Internship program offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to experience and learn about product development strategy in a fast-paced electronic trading environment. The Product team works closely with our business and technology colleagues to provide innovative ideas and spearhead the launch of new products. As part of the team, you will be supported by experienced managers and colleagues to hone your problem-solving skills and apply them in a dynamic real-world environment. You will be encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table. We are seeking someone who has strong interest in electronic trading and keen to explore cutting-edge fintech solutions.

What you can expect:

The successful candidate will undertake a 12-week internship program dedicated mentorship and support.

You will be involved in the following tasks and areas:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and technology
• Help create and maintain product documentation, including specifications and user guides.
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product improvements.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

What we require from you:

• Quantitative Finance, Business or any other related discipline.
• Interest and knowledge in financial markets (particularly equities, market structures)
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Python/ programming and SQL would be advantageous
• Penultimate year students working towards degree in computer science or Finance,
• Previous work experience/internship in equity trading space- preferred but not necessary.
