Validation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to establish and lead our Validation Team. This pivotal role involves integrating closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Engineering to ensure the reliability of our power systems, inverters, and batteries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of a robust validation framework aligned with product design and quality assurance.

• Develop and execute validation protocols using thermal chambers, high-power supplies, and advanced tools.

• Design and implement validation software to automate testing processes.

• Ensure requirements and test management systems are versioned, consistent, and reliable.

• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Engineering teams.

• Generate detailed reports to support compliance and quality standards.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years in software or electromechanical validation with power systems.

• Expertise with validation equipment like thermal chambers and high-power supplies.

• 5+ years in developing software for validation equipment.

• Experience in requirements and test management systems.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Leadership experience or desire to build and mentor a team.
