This role involves coding, setting development standards, and ensuring solutions are delightful to use, reliable, performant and scalable. <h2>What you’ll do</h2>As our Founding Frontend Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering exceptional user experiences while contributing to the development of our core systems and products:<ul style=""><li>Interactive UI Development: Build and production designs incorporating animations, transitions, and other interactive elements to create engaging and delightful user interfaces.</li><li>Design System Ownership: Work on the frontend design system that supports high-visibility mission-critical projects.</li><li>Code Quality &amp; Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and setting a high-quality codebase standard.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features that align with both product and customer needs.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Mentorship: Own and lead projects, support other frontend engineers, advocate for technical and process improvements, mentor junior engineers, and follow best practices to enhance system reliability and performance.</li></ul><h2>You are</h2><ul style=""><li>Entrepreneurial: Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
