 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from scoping and budgeting to construction and commissioning.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sustainability in plant design and operations.

• Manage permitting, design, and construction processes while driving innovation and excellence.

• Influence and negotiate with contractors, equipment vendors, and regulatory agencies.

• Ensure projects meet budget and timeline goals while supporting our mission to decarbonize the concrete industry.

 What You’ll Bring:

• A passion for sustainability and a desire to transform how industries impact the planet.

• 7+ years of project management experience in construction, material processing, or related fields.

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.

• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with glass or bulk powder processing and government grant reporting is a plus but not required.
