Manage scope growth and prepare change orders if/when required.</li><li>Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Prepare project budgets and cost estimates, tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.</li><li>Continuously assess project risks and make data-driven decisions to overcome challenges.
