The role will be reporting to the Country DirectorKey Accountabilities includePrimary Responsibilities - Executive Support (50%):<ul><li>Drive efficient calendar and email management across multiple time zones</li><li>Coordinate local and international travel arrangements including visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries</li><li>Serve as the key communication hub between CEO, global team, and external stakeholders</li><li>Manage sensitive information and communications with utmost discretion</li><li>Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and anticipate administrative needs</li></ul>Strategic Support Functions (30%):<ul><li>Prepare meeting briefing documents including background research on participants and strategic context</li><li>Take detailed notes in key meetings and manage follow-up actions</li><li>Support special projects and initiatives as needed</li><li>Track and drive completion of action items across the organization</li><li>Provide basic analysis and synthesis of information to support decision-making</li></ul>Administrative Support Functions (20%):<ul><li>Manage existing vendors and engage with all third-party contractual partners on billing, verifications etc.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives in global organisations</li><li>Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills</li><li>Strong project management and stakeholder management skills: ability to take primary responsibility for execution of diverse number of projects in timely manner with limited supervision</li><li>Experience managing international travel and remote team coordination</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools</li><li>Require excellent written and oral communication skills in English</li><li>Ability  to maintain composure under pressure</li><li>Complete discretion with sensitive information, both within the company and externall</li><li>Flexibility to work across multiple time zone</li><li>Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values</li><li>Permanent authorization to work in Pakistan</li></ul>Career Development: This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunity to transition into a key strategy position based on performance and organizational needs.
