Be accountable for the results of the studies and ensure accountability of the team. •    Analyze and assess complex transmission systems at numerous voltage levels. Clearly document and communicate results and recommendations, as appropriate, including data representation, report writing, and developing/delivering presentations. •    Seek out and develop subject matter expertise on a diverse range of topics. Mentor and support the team to aid in the advancement of business needs. •    Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change.
