The Inventory Administrative Technician will provide inventory and administrative support to the site Operations & Maintenance team. This position will facilitate inventory activities as well as assist with back office administrative tasks and activities within the department, and interface with other departments in the company as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the site’s Operations & Maintenance team by maintaining and organizing the inventory of parts, tooling, etc.

  • Manage incoming invoices for weekly payment, utilizing consistent coding of cost allocations associated with specific expenditures, and distributing invoices to other business lines as necessary, troubleshoot issues with vendors regarding late or disputed payments, and research historical invoice payments as requested.

  • Provide daily administrative support to site Operations & Maintenance team by assisting with data entry, editing, faxing, copying, scanning documents for employees as requested.

  • Process certified and priority mailings and distribute incoming mail.

  • Order stock supplies.

  • Set up meetings and plan group event activities.

  • Maintain filing system.

  • Facilitate with third-party vendors and request quotes for services.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs

  • 2+ years of inventory/warehouse experience

  • Experience in a back-office environment providing administrative support

  • Intermediate efficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Ideal candidate must have solid organizational skills, the ability to prioritize assignments within strict deadlines and able to work independently

  • Effectively communicate orally and written with external customers and employees at varying levels within the organization

  • Ability to manage projects from beginning to end and the ability to stay focused with multiple demands and deadlines

  • Prior experience in renewable energy or utilities a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

In addition to competitive base pay, we offer a range of attractive employment incentives:

  • Base Pay: $22 – $26.50 (based on experience, education, and skillset)

  • 5% Annual Performance Bonuses

  • 5% Availability bonus
