💼 Your Mission

As a Backend Software Engineer within one of our key teams—“Cash Flow” (payments) or “Network” (network management)—you will play a central role in designing and building reliable, scalable solutions.

•\tIn the Cash Flow team, you’ll ensure seamless management of payment systems, enhancing the user payment experience and ensuring transaction reliability.

•\tIn the Network team, you’ll contribute to the development of solutions for network monitoring and station performance, enabling Electra to pilot its operations efficiently and at scale.

You’ll take projects from conception to production with complete ownership, working alongside talented engineers in a fast-paced, impactful environment.

🦸‍♀️🦸 Your Responsibilities

•\tDesign, build, and deploy backend services to support Electra’s payment systems (Cash Flow) or station network management (Network).

•\tEnsure robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures that align with Electra’s growth and reliability objectives.

•\tCollaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

•\tTake ownership of the full project lifecycle: conception, build, deployment, and run.

•\tContinuously improve backend systems for better performance, reliability, and security.

•\tWork autonomously while contributing to a culture of collaboration and learning.

😎 Your Profile

•\tEducation: Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science.

•\tExperience: 3+ years in backend development.

•\tTechnical Skills:

•\tOpen to various languages, but experience with Ruby, Go, or TypeScript is a plus.

•\tStrong understanding of modern backend architectures (APIs, microservices).

•\tFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus.

•\tMindset:

•\tStrong ownership and autonomy: you deliver solutions end-to-end.

•\tHigh learning agility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

•\tPassionate about clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
