About This Role:

We have an opportunity for motivated construction professionals to be at the forefront of leading generational construction projects that will support our country’s efforts to remain the global leader in AI technology.

Crusoe is searching for a seasoned Project Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing the next-generation data centers that will power the future of AI. You will collaborate closely with engineers and construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

A Day In The Life:

  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop architectural plans for new data centers, and site layout plans for large campuses.

  • Develop conceptual layouts to assist with problem solving associated with space programming and retrofits

  • Develop global architectural standards for new projects

  • Review and approve contractor submittals

  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications

  • Identify and resolve construction issues

  • Manage project budgets and timelines

  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with applicable building codes and safety regulations

You Will Thrive in this Role if:

  • You are a licensed architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data center design and construction

  • You have a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods

  • You are proficient in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)

  • You have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • You are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $160,000 - $175,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
