About the Job
- Praktische Durchführung von Routine-Prüfungen zur Bestimmung der Toxizität von Chemikalien, Medizinprodukten und Pharmazeutika im Bereich der in vitro Pharmakologie und Toxikologie
- Durchführung von Genotoxizitätstest (Ames Test, Mikrokerntest, Comet Assay; Mouse-Lymphoma Assay)
- Anwendung von Zellkulturtechniken sowie Umgang mit FACS-assays
- Mitwirkung bei Etablierung und Optimierung von neuen Testsystemen
- Erstellung GLP-konformer Dokumentationen
- Übernahme von Laborraum- und Geräteverantwortlichkeiten
