Position Specific Description
The Engineering and Construction Business Relationship Manager understands the engineering and construction business and is able to act as a liaison back to IT services as well as provide technology solutioning to improve the effectiveness of the business execution and handoffs to other business units.
The E&C Business relationship manager will look for opportunities to grow the technology relationship across business units through providing technology solutions.
Understands the business process within the E&C organization and how it utilizes technology.
Works with E&C to understand and articulate business value to drive priority for desired solutions.
Acts as the centralized point of contact for E&C to collaborate and execute technology programs
Seeks improvements in the integration of the Primavera platform for better insights into schedule and dependencies.
Strong focus on building relationships across the E&C enterprise.
Demonstrates confidence and the ability to communicate and convey concepts at multiple levels of the organization
Change management: Thinks through the people aspects of implementing digital transformation with in E&C.
Oversee the successful delivery of large Technology projects and initiatives for E&C, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.
Knows the business domain (ISC, sourcing, supply chain and E&C). Oracle Primavera experience is a plus
Establish and track key performance indicators and program metrics to demonstrate the operational capabilities and successful delivery of value based programs within E&C
Strategic thinker who deals well with ambiguity as this is a newer space for IT and we need to think about the bigger picture.
Ability to influence how the business thinks about technology and determine where IT can provide value.

Job Overview
This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. Employees in this role train and coach in the use of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scale agile framework practices.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Trains and coaches leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset
Contributes in Communities of Practice (CoP), within the agile network
Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization
Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed delivery teams
Prepares program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives
Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program features and program and team objectives
Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks
Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation
Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within the program budget
Plays an instrumental role in the organization’s Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude

Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 8+ years
Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
