About the team
We are a small but mighty Talent Team tasked with epic scale and intentional growth. As the wider Twelve team builds for the future of climate, we’re focused on ensuring we scale our people as thoughtfully as we scale our product. The team owns hiring across the entire organization and reports directly to our Head of Talent. Diversity has been a core component of Twelve’s foundation, and the Talent Team cares deeply about preserving and building upon this mission.
We are looking for a driven individual to help keep everyone on the same page. In this role, you will partner with talent team members, hiring managers across the organization, Twelve interviewers, and candidates to ensure everyone’s aligned. You’ll help us design and implement an exquisite candidate experience for onsite and virtual candidates. This is the perfect role for an aspiring sourcer, recruiter, or program manager.
