Deine Aufgaben

Als Referent für Kommunikation und Energiepolitik bist Du Teil des Kommunikationsteams und unterstützt dieses bei der Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung sowie dem Controlling von wirksamen Kommunikations- und Marketingmaßnahmen. Zudem übernimmst und verantwortest Du eigene Projekte. Die Aufgabenbreite umfasst auch die Mitarbeiterkommunikation sowie Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.

Du arbeitest dich gerne intensiv in Themen ein, bist bereit jederzeit zu unterstützen und kannst gut mehrere Projekte und Themen parallel bearbeiten und vorantreiben. Genaues und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten gehören für dich selbstverständlich dazu.

• Planung, Erstellung und Pflege ansprechender Inhalte für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, z. B. interne Kommunikation, Website, Social Media, Power-Point-Präsentationen
• Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen zu allen kommunikativen Fragestellungen
• Projektkommunikation von der Idee bis zur Inbetriebnahme
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Content-Strategie für die Mitarbeiterkommunikation
• Organisation und Durchführung von Events, Messeauftritten, Kongressteilnahmen, etc.
• Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Geisteswissenschaft, Naturwissenschaft, Medienwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
• Acht bis zehn Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation, Presse und Event
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, in Bildbearbeitung und Social Media
• Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationskompetenz in Deutsch und Englisch
• Kunden- und teamorientierte eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Pioniergeist und Hands-on-Mentalität

Responsibilities

As a Specialist for communication and energy policy, you will focus on the following key areas:

1. Public Relations

• First point of contact for all inquiries from media and interested parties from home and abroad about the project
• Contact for the press and the public to convey complex technical issues
• Responsible for the visitor center
• Coordination, organization, and implementation of all inquiries for tours of the construction site
• Development of target group-oriented materials for various communication channels
• Creation of content for press releases, newsletters, website, and social media
• Planning and implementation of a communication strategy for the Geretsried project as well as coordination and integration into the overall corporate strategy
• Collaboration with agencies and media representatives to disseminate project successes and innovations

2. Energy Policy Advocacy

• Monitoring and analysis of energy policy developments at the municipal and state level (Bavaria)
• Building and maintaining a strong network with political decision-makers, associations, and stakeholders in Bavaria
• Active participation in conferences, specialist events, and discussions to promote and position Eavor technologies

Qualifications

• Completed studies in communication science, political science, energy/environmental management, or comparable
• Professional experience in the areas of communication, public affairs, or PR, ideally in the energy sector
• Interest in renewable energies and political processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Initiative, organizational talent, and a confident demeanor when dealing with stakeholders
