Responsibilities:

• Triggers purchase orders for info records stored in the system.
• Verifies and enters order confirmations (quantities and delivery date). If necessary, adjusts the order quantity and delivery date.
• Verifies the invoices (quantity variance) and releases them if necessary.
• Tracks the deliveries (dunning if necessary).
• Ensures compliance with OTD and a low stock level.
• Forwards and tracks Q-notifications internally with quality assurance and externally to the supplier.
• Shall comply with relevant HSE regulations, not limited to training, system documentation and the relevant professional skills for the position.
• HSE相关规定，不限于培训、制度文件及具备职位相应的专业技能。
• Other tasks assigned by the line-manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in machinery,trading or related fileds.
• Good English communication skills.
• Better communication and coordination skills.
• Good skill for office, especially Excel and PPT.
• Good skill of SAP system.
• Basic knowledge of import and export incoterms.
