Will include call logging, escalation, deployment of in-house &amp; outsourced engineers in the field, call closure, and monitoring of customer SLAs.</li><li>Set up post-sales tech support infrastructure. Will include in-depth troubleshooting on 75F hardware &amp; software platforms, Root Cause Analysis reporting, reference library &amp; training tools, remote installations etc.</li><li>Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys, and audits &amp; assist in project proposals.</li><li>Build a service sales team for selling value-added services to the existing client base.</li><li>Responsible for customer and vendor interactions.</li><li>Responsible for Site Visit and Site Coordination.
