Define the intersection of delivery logistics, robotics, commerce, routing, and more to set the product vision and grow the business.This role also owns integrations with external partners, building features that delight users and scale our business. As the primary point of contact for what is possible with partner teams, you will leverage your technical expertise and product judgment to lead high-impact initiatives. Responsibilities<ul style=""><li>Product Vision &amp; Strategy – Set the direction for delivery platform capabilities, enhancements and partner integrations to improve service efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Partner with engineering to ensure technical excellence - Work closely with engineering teams to make trade offs between time to market, scalability, and safeguard against likely gotchas. Craft actionable requirements that capture business opportunities and operational pain points. Deep dive into API documentation to support engineering and write user acceptance criteria that accelerate QA.</li><li>Measure success: Define key performance metrics, analyze production performance, and be the go-to for the performance of the delivery platform, routing and other key systems.</li><li>Ensure Compliance &amp; Scalability – Collaborate with legal, security, and compliance teams to meet industry standards and scale integrations.</li><li>Act as the primary technical POC: Serve as the key interface between Serve Robotics and partner technical teams, providing guidance on what is feasible and ensuring successful integration and alignment with product goals.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul style=""><li>7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping API-driven features or products and experience optimizing post-launch..</li><li>Experience working with multiple partners, resolving conflicting requirements and priorities and negotiating for solutions that lead to a successful partnership</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead external partner integrations with a strong technical focus.</li><li>Excellent product judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL or similar tools.</li><li>Experience with on demand delivery, logistics, ecommerce, fleet management, streaming services, healthcare services or other systems with real-time reliability requirements.</li></ul>What Makes you standout<ul style=""><li>Experience with large-scale partnerships involving multiple stakeholders, high volume user base, and/or global locations</li></ul>
