About the Job
As a Junior Sustainability Specialist (internship) in the Quantis Italy team, you will collaborate with sustainability consultants to support them in delivering sustainability strategy offerings and assisting clients in their sustainable transformation journey. This role provides hands-on experience in sustainability consulting, project management and client engagement, offering a valuable opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills in a dynamic and impact-driven environment.

Does this describe you and your next role?
- You’re motivated to put your skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries
- You’re eager to learn, curious and motivated to increase your experience in sustainability strategy and consulting
- You’ll get boosted by a fast-paced and diverse role: contributing to the preparation of sustainability strategy offerings, including research, document drafting, and presentation development
- You’re a team player that works quickly, independently and on schedule. Your analytical and organizational skills are top-notch
- You have a proven ability to translate scientific or technical sustainability content into clear, compelling narratives
- You have strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Italian and English (additional languages a plus)
- You have familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., LCA, Carbon Footprint, CSRD, GRI, TCFD).
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, internal change programs, or employee engagement is an advantage
- You would like to be exposed to real-world client projects and transformation initiatives, having the opportunity to test your project management skills
- You speak fluent Italian and English
- You have started shaping your sustainability consulting skills during University or through a first professional experience

- Punctual collaboration with other Quantis offices (Berlin, Boston, Portland, Paris, Lausanne, Zurich) via web-conferences, in English
