Position: Early Career Architect or Designer Location: Remote/Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area) About Us: Join an interdisciplinary team at a pre-seed climate tech startup focused on innovative solutions with urban integration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly creative and collaborative architecture or industrial design student or recent graduate to contribute to forward-thinking projects and gain valuable experience working alongside a licensed architect.&nbsp;This is primarily a remote role but will require occasional in-person check-ins with the lead architect.Please send your resume and portfolio together.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Collaborate with the design and engineering team to support the development of cutting-edge architectural projects.</li><li>Assist in designing, drafting, and reviewing plans, specifications, and layouts for urban planning and sustainable architecture initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.</li><li>Work closely with an NCARB registered supervisor and licensed CA architect, to help meet NCARB AXP (Architectural Experience Program) requirements.</li><li>Design and build prototype models, including material and structural integration.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Industrial Design.</li><li>Strong creative design and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with architectural and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).</li><li>Passion for sustainability and green technology.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Through this voluntary role, you can earn up to 1,860 hours toward NCARB AXP Setting-O, under the supervision of a licensed architect.</li><li>Hands-on experience in green tech innovation and sustainable urban planning.</li><li>Flexible work schedule.</li><li>Collaborative, innovative work environment.</li></ul>
