Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of the engineering bill of material (BOM)</li><li>Assist in development and implementation of new processes, technologies or tooling needed to build products.</li><li>Assist in identifying/developing/qualifying fixture for manufacturing processes.</li><li>Assist in the creation and maintenance of tool files.</li><li>Support engineering studies and data analysis.</li><li>Fabricate or assist in fabrication of units for prototypes and engineering builds.</li><li>Assist in setup and performing design verification and process validation.</li><li>Assist with drafting and executing protocols within all areas of Product Development such as Design, Process Development and Design Assurance.</li><li>Work with engineers to specify, procure and commission equipment and procure material.</li><li>Manage product development materials to help maintain traceability and quantities.</li><li>Execute inspections of components and devices.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Associate Degree in a technical area is preferred</li><li>Years of experience required depends on level of seniority</li><li>Demonstrated mechanical aptitude</li><li>Experience performing tedious processes, building prototypes and working with small parts</li><li>Basic statistical skills</li><li>Basic SolidWorks skills is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Continue to learn and utilize new skills related to typical product development capabilities</li><li>Ability to utilize metrology equipment such as calipers, micrometers etc..</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
