Sie begleiten den Lebenszyklus eines Produkts von der Idee bis über die Marktreife hinaus. Die Testsysteme beruhen auf immunchemischen Methoden, i.d.R. ELISA und Antigen-Schnelltests.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst die Entwicklung, Validierung und Pflege von immunologischen Testkits zur Lebensmittelüberwachung. Im regulierten Umfeld wenden Sie etablierte Prozess an und dokumentieren sorgfältig die ausgeführten Tätigkeiten.

Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung bekommen Sie einzelne Entwicklungsprojekte übertragen. Die Festlegung der Entwicklungsziele, -methoden und Zeitpläne sowie deren Überwachung erfolgt durch den Abteilungsleiter. In diesem Rahmen bearbeiten Sie die Projekte weitgehend eigenverantwortlich.

Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Stellen im Unternehmen (z.B. Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement) zusammen. Sie verstehen Entwicklung als ganzheitlichen Prozess, der mit allen Unternehmensbereichen wechselwirkt.
