As we continue to develop cutting-edge technologies and sustainable energy solutions, we are looking to hire a versatile Electrical Engineer with a broad engineering interest who is passionate about solving complex problems in the renewable energy sector. This role goes beyond traditional engineering. You'll engage in technical problem-solving and renewable energy engineering whilst also driving business development, market research and techno-feasibility evaluations.<h3> Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Collaborate within a diverse team to bring renewable energy technologies to market, engaging in every phase of engineering development - from concept and design, through to construction and commissioning</li> <li>Conduct research and development to enhance current processes, explore new sustainable technologies and assess emerging market opportunities globally</li> <li>Engage in a diverse range of projects, ranging from the technical development of hydrogen production systems (electrical control systems and interface), conducting feasibility studies for long-duration energy storage technologies and supporting the engineering efforts connected to our solar and wind energy assets</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or a related field</li> <li>Strong technical foundation in either design, commissioning or in an operational engineering setting</li> <li>Proven track record of solving technical engineering problems in your given field</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Passion for renewable energy and sustainability</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive salary and an equity sign-on bonus</li> <li>Biannual bonus scheme</li> <li>Fully expensed tech to match your needs</li> <li>Paid annual leave</li> <li>Breakfast and dinner for office based employees</li> </ul>
