The opportunity

Common Shared Services (CSS) is an organization that provides expert transactional business services to Hitachi Energy out of five centers spread across the globe. Tallinn CSS offers supply chain management, financial and HR services for Northen Europe and Great Britain countries. This drives continuous improvement of productivity and service quality, which ultimately helps the Business Units to be more successful on the market.
Common Shared Services (CSS) exist to deliver expert business services and an excellent customer experience to our internal clients. We are a diverse, multilingual team dedicated to providing first-class support and excellent experience. Every day, together with our internal clients, we collaborate, learn, and innovate to help Hitachi Energy advance a sustainable energy future for all.
How you'll make an impact
- Working with purchasing orders – controlling and inserting data into the system and controlling buying invoices
- Communicating with customers regarding their orders
- Supporting the Supply Chain Management Specialist
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- Experience or studies in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is advantage
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Good MS Excel skills
- Can-do mindset and willingness to act as a team player
- Ability to engage and communicate with customers
- Readiness to spend 6 months as a trainee in the company
