THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you ready to take on the challenge of coordinating multiple milestones and strengthening your expertise in program management for NavVis' disruptive technology?
In this role within the Product Reality Access team, you will work closely with our Program Managers, Developers, and QA experts. You will have the opportunity to learn new methodologies and skills to drive product success. If you have a passion to dive into managing software projects and programs in the field of cutting-edge technologies and simultaneously be equipped to own small projects, this might be an exciting opportunity for you!
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will get to support release management for software, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
You will assist in setting up and driving programs under guidance, managing cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
You will be responsible for handling internal communication with customer-facing teams, keeping them informed about upcoming releases, launches, and other relevant updates
You will contribute to following team best practices and processes, actively suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
You will participate in several small projects that impact cross-functional programs, utilizing your skills to drive successful outcomes
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
In-progress studies in Computer Science, Software Management or similar
Demonstrated experience in software development life cycle, agile concepts/ methodologies, SaaS software
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; with skills in data analytics tools such as PowerBI or similar will be a plus
Proficiency in project/program definition, including risk management and stakeholder management
The ability to support in defining project plans, contributing to the clarity and effectiveness of project execution
Proven project management skills, with the capacity to oversee multiple tasks and initiatives concurrently
Strong communication skills in English will allow you to collaborate successfully with key stakeholders within the organization
