Professional in Formatting, Document Design, and Bilingual Internal Communications

ERM is looking for a Professional in Formatting, Document Design, and Bilingual Internal Communications (Spanish/English) based in Bogotá, Colombia, with experience in document control, report writing and formatting, and template management to optimize administrative processes. It is essential to have skills to translate documents from Spanish to English, ensuring high accuracy and quality in the translation. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in developing in the area of communications, especially in information layout and the creation of proposal presentations.

"This position will be contracted for an initial period of 6 months, during which the employee will work for ERM through a third-party provider."

Responsabilities

• Collaborate closely with project teams to support quality review (QA/QC) and production of technical deliverables, commercial proposals, and other marketing materials.

• Support the communications team in the layout of documents and proposal presentations, ensuring that information is presented clearly, effectively, and visually appealing.

• Perform editorial reviews and format technical documents (texts, spreadsheets, presentations) according to the company's and clients' style guidelines.

• Create and edit documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

• Comply with management systems and established format and quality standards, ensuring the delivery of work within deadlines.

• Provide support in translating documents from Spanish to English.

Requirements:

• Experience in document control and report writing.

• Experience in translation from Spanish to English.

• Knowledge in layout tools and presentation creation (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
