Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Be in charge of business development of Klueber in his/her responsible area/industry and reach sales &amp; gross profit target set by KLUBER China</li><li>Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment.</li><li>Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the potential/existing customers.</li><li>Proactively search, identify, develop and track the new sales business opportunities in the assigned regions to continuously ensure the sustainable sales business growth.</li><li>Provide professional technical supports for customers including products introduction and new products promotion, technical seminar, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems.</li><li>Be in cooperation with internal sales team and finance department to secure the payment to be back in time in accordance with required conditions.</li><li>Timely and actively communicate within sales team in terms of certain projects, market &amp; competitors' information and share experience among colleagues.</li><li>Submit job related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, sales review and so on regularly and timely.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical/chemical engineering or relevant major;</li><li>At least 1+ years sales experience, proven solid sales results and technical capability;</li><li>Good communication skills to build up trustworthy relationship with customers;</li><li>Good learning ability, willing to take challenge</li><li>Committed to Kluber and long term stable development expectation;</li><li>Good command of English will be a plus. </li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
