Responsibilities:

APAC Cash reimbursement and voucher entry

APAC TM5 reconciliation/cash category

Account statement from TM5 upload to SAP

Personal expenses account audit and booking

Cash reimbursement and voucher entry

Online banking system alone and voucher entry
Nature of foreign exchange receipt and payment and trade reporting
In early bank reconciliation

Export refund tax declaration

Statistical data declaration

Other temporary task assigned

Implementation of the company to comply with quality, environmental   management and operation of the various requirements

Organized by the company to accept all kinds of education and training

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Good communication skill, honest, meticulous work, patience
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Understanding of the financial laws and regulations knowledge, with position certificate of accountant
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, CET4 or above
