4WARD is building the bridge between sustainability education and careers. We empower climate-focused professionals and connect them with organizations driving environmental innovation.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Marketing Volunteer to assist with our marketing and engagement efforts. This is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and content management while contributing to a purpose-driven community.

Volunteer Goals 💪

• Social Media 📋 Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram etc.) and other 3rd party platforms 

• Email Newsletter🤝 Draft, format, and distribute newsletters on a regular basis; create segmentation and content relevant to those segments; encourage more sign ups

• Website Maintenance 🎯 Update website content, ensuring it is current and aligned with ongoing campaigns; Assist in uploading blog posts, resources, and multimedia content; Support with SEO and organic growth

• Marketing Support 📈 Support the event teams with any planning and promotion, create marketing collateral or assist with market research

Helpful Skills & Experience 🌟

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with social media platforms and website CMS (preferable)

• Interest in sustainability and climate tech

• Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.

• Creative thinking, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
