This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!Our ultimate goal with Skeleton is to build a net zero future, and our role is to make sure the world is aware of how we can help save energy, cut fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, and enable the energy transition.Your tasks in the net zero journey:<ul> <li>Drafting service contracts and fixed-term agreements with employees and service providers.</li> <li>Advising on Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Provide legal advice legal advise on labour law and day to day business.</li> <li>Drafting and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, and other work-related documents;</li> <li>Conducting negotiations and instructing/ supporting our external solicitor in resolving disputes related to employment relations;</li> <li>Managing and resolving Legal claims related to HR.</li> </ul>RequirementsYou are a good fit for the team if you can tick off the following boxes:<ul> <li>Experience in the legal department of a commercial enterprise or a law firm is a plus</li> <li>Preferably you have either got a background in law (German 1. State Examination/ 1.
