You Will:

  • Proactively process and complete Facilities Helpdesk tickets on a routine basis
  • Conduct routine inspections of building and undertake basic repairs, as required
  • Ability to install equipment according to manufacturer instructions with owner’s guidance
  • Assist Facilities team routinely with Costco food stocking
  • Maintain conference room furniture set-up and/or repairs as needed
  • Oversee contractors when third-party repairs are necessary including sign-off of completed work
  • Fulfill miscellaneous requests as they arise
  • Light Plumbing: Address overflows, faucet and fixtures repair and/or replacement, battery replacement
  • Light ballast and bulb replacement
  • Furniture and shelving assembly, set-up or relocate
  • Light wallboard repair, patch and paint
  • Install acrylic shields on desks
  • Hang white boards and monitors
  • Coordinate special requests with the day porters, as needed. Spanish is a plus.
  • Assist with new office set-ups:  Place and/or install white boards, power strips, trash cans, organizers, etc.
  • Assist to set-up and/or cancel recurring services such as pest and Shred-it. 

You Bring:

  • Minimum of two years college or trade school preferred and/or 5 years’ experience in Facilities.
  • Good communication skills, fluent English skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work with all levels of employees, including senior management and process confidential information
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to get the job done
  • Dependable, self-starter, proactive, adaptable, timely and deadline-focused
  • Strong analytical skills and proven organizational ability
  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Adaptability to respond to company requirements as they evolve on an as needed basis

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (hourly)
$37$51 USD
