Your mission In this role, you will: <ul><li>Be a trusted partner to our strategic customers, building strong, long-term relationships.</li><li>Stay close to their goals, checking in regularly and offering guidance to help them succeed with Prewave.</li><li>Run engaging activities like market trend updates, workshops, and customer roundtables.</li><li>Gather and share feedback, spotting patterns and sharing ideas for product improvements.</li><li>Train and support users, helping them get the most out of Prewave with best practices and tailored advice.</li><li>Present our product’s value, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value.</li><li>Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights with our product team to shape future development.</li><li>Juggle multiple projects, keeping timelines on track and communication clear.</li><li>Keep customer data clean and organized, ensuring a seamless experience across tools and platforms.</li></ul> Your profile Must haves <ul><li>6-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, customer success)</li><li>Previous experience with leading complex projects for strategic customers</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills- managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously</li><li>Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms</li><li>Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment</li><li>Valid work permit for Austria</li><li>Fluent English and German skills</li></ul>Bonus points for <ul><li>Previous experience in technical industry/environment</li><li>Previous experience or exposure to supply chain environment</li><li>Previous experience in procurement industry/environment</li></ul> What we offer you <ul><li>An extensive compensation package We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus.
