Análisis, seguimiento e implementación de planes de mejora para control estadístico. Rechazo interno y externo, devoluciones, así como la liberación de productos. Apoyo en el mantenimiento de los sistemas de calidad. Asegurar la conformidad de los procesos y productos terminados e insumos mediante inspección, muestreo aleatorio y oportuna atención a quejas.

Competencia en conocimiento de los requerimientos específicos de los clientes y de la organización. Herramientas para solución de problemas (5W´s, 8Ds, KT, Ishikawa), manejo de personal, autodirigido
