With a rapidly growing community, multi-channel presence, and international expansion on the horizon, we need a Head of Finance to build the financial backbone that fuels our next phase of growth.

As we scale across markets and engage with international investors, you will drive our financial strategy, ensuring we’re set up for sustainable and capital-efficient growth. Your role at ahead

• Shape financial strategy. Drive financial planning, reporting, and forecasting to support our rapid scaling in existing and new markets.

• Manage cash flow & profitability. Ensure financial health across all business lines, optimizing margins, working capital, and liquidity.

• Lead fundraising & investor relations. Work closely with the founders on Series B and beyond, preparing compelling financial models and investor materials.

• Expand internationally. Build scalable financial operations to support global growth, ensuring compliance with international regulations and tax structures.

• Own financial operations. Oversee accounting, tax compliance, and controlling to ensure smooth and transparent operations.

• Drive data-driven decisions. Provide actionable insights to optimize pricing, cost structures, and market expansion.

• Build & develop the finance team. Lead a growing team (currently 2 team members) and establish best-in-class financial processes that scale with us.

• Fluent in German & English. You can navigate local and international financial landscapes with ease.
