General Responsibilities
Direct communication with the Quality Managers / Directors on the Global Manufacturing sites involved with the main Industrial Solutions Customers and products.
· Link and coordinator between the involved manufacturing site for Industrial Solutions globally and the specific Customer location with an escalation or concern to be addressed.
· Monitoring/sustaining the Global Customer scorecards/performance for Sensata and the whole manufacturing sites involved from Sensata and the Customers
· Coordinate the Quality and Design escalations with the Customer with the support and entire involvement from the respective Sensata manufacturing site in the company
· Follow up on the Key Performance Indicators for the Global Quality performance and targets and as part of the data for the annual review performance for the OQE/CQC teams
· Release reminders to the make sites in regards to the RMAS. with extended time in D3 or D5 and schedule follow-up meetings for resolution
· Request RMA creation and shipping instructions confirmation for each Customer related to IS products
· Monitoring of the OQE in regard to the RDA (Returned device analysis) response as soon as possible to the Customers to avoid penalizations, additional fees, or grant 8D is shared by the OQE team.
· Coordinate the Global PQST meeting for the Industrial Solutions products and show the metrics to the global mfg sites
· Follow up on the warranty concerns, claims, or escalations related to Field for the issues related to the Customers on the IS products.
· Coordination of the improvements on the Customer scorecard or portals with the negotiations and follow up with the Customer in the case corrections, modifications or justification of bad score are required.
· Support with a trip or travel to a specific Sensata manufacturing site or Customer location depending on the Escalation and if the situation is critical with the Customer.
Experience / Qualifications
· A university degree required in Engineering, (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
· At least 5 years of Experience in Manufacturing Processes in Industrial applications.
· Knowledge of Total Quality Management Tools.
· Problem solving Techniques, Six Sigma, DOE, desirable.
· Experience in APQP tools, PPAP, PFMEA, etc.
· Be able to conduct Effective and constructive communication with Customers.
· Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demand.
· Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
· Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
· Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
· Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Proficient in Database Management / Power BI desirable.
· Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
· Being able to communicate in English.
