About the Job

Performs sample prep including operation of smoking machines and/or wet chemistry techniques
Performs routine analysis in support of product assessment and quality control on tobacco products, including wet chemistry techniques, some instrumental techniques and/or physical tests
Documents results in notebooks and laboratory LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
Performs instrument calibration and is able to recognize errors
Adheres to highest quality standards; ensures compliance with quality system requirements
Communicates effectively with client staff members
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner

This role supports testing on tobacco products.
