What will a day in this role look like:

Lead the design and analysis of complex marine structures, including wharves, jetties, and offshore platforms, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, drafters, and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions for ports and marine infrastructure projects.
Engage with internal and external clients to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and contribute to key stakeholder discussions.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to engineering best practices while managing risks and challenges.
Support business growth by contributing to proposals, mentoring junior engineers, and staying updated with advancements in marine structural engineering.
