This role will focus on developing control circuits, sensors, and power management systems to support production equipment and battery testing. The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting-edge solutions that drive Gotion’s leadership in electrified transportation. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and test electronic circuits for manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, sensors, and actuators. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop power distribution and control systems for battery cell production and testing lines. </li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot and optimize electronic components to ensure reliability in a high-throughput environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with software and robotics teams to integrate electronics into automated systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. </li></ul><ul><li>Support prototyping and validation of new battery cell designs with electronic testing setups. </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Fluent in English and Mandarin.</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in electronics design and implementation, preferably in manufacturing. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with circuit design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and microcontroller programming. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with industrial control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA) is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of power electronics and signal processing. </li></ul><ul><li>Background in battery or energy storage systems is advantageous. </li></ul> The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80k - $120k + 15% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
