We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Production Manager to oversee the production and refurbishment of e-bikes, bike parts, and batteries. Your Mission
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production and refurbishment processes. You will lead a diverse team of approximately 20 employees, consisting of mechanics and skilled technicians from various international backgrounds. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a warehouse or industrial environment, ensuring accurate forecasting, production efficiency, and high-quality output.

• Oversee and manage the production and refurbishment of e-bikes, bike parts, and batteries.
• Lead a team of 20 employees, providing clear guidance, support, and motivation.
Implement hands-on management strategies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Plan and optimize production schedules to meet delivery and quality targets.
• Develop accurate forecasts to ensure stock availability and efficient production flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage material supplies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to e-bike production and refurbishment.
• Train and develop team members to enhance technical skills and performance.

Your skills and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse, hands-on team.
• Technical knowledge of e-bikes, bike mechanics, or battery technology is a strong advantage.
• Ability to forecast production needs and optimize workflow.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
