This is a B2B customer facing function with daily liaison with C-level management, middle management as well as technical specialists dealing with solutions in the field of energy metering, measurments and automation. Specifically, we are looking for a new team member to manage our heat and water business on a regional level understanding the principles of heating networks, heat stations as well as cooling / heating installations / water utilities. Your future responsibilities<ul><li>Identifies and reports on business opportunities in target markets by contacting prospective clients and evaluates their current position in the industry</li><li>Acquires new clients from the sector of heating utilities and housing cooperatives / communities</li><li>Conducts sales negotiations and deals within the scope of the authority</li><li>Prepares commercial offers incl. technical specifications</li><li>Submits approved bids for tenders, prepares tender documentation and all other documents enabling sucessful implementation</li><li>Performs contractual due-dilligence incl. submission for legal analysis and finalisation of contactual documentation</li><li>Maintains contact with the customer during the entire sales process, implementation and after-sales care</li><li>Provides technical advice and support on the proposed measuring and reading solutions</li><li>Supports development and introduction of new products to the market (meters, reading systems)</li><li>Conducts technical training for clients</li><li>Participates in industry events (trade fairs, sales events)</li><li>Helps develop sales concepts for marketing heat / cooling / water portfolios</li><li>Closely collaborates with in-country sales team as well as regional Areas Sales Managers and Heat &amp; WaterProduction based in Germany</li></ul> Our Expectations<ul><li>Technical qualifications with at least Bachelor's degree in technical, IT or business administration/marketing fields; or equivalent professional experience</li><li>Fluency in Polish and English (German is of advantage)</li><li>Solid experience in the B2B direct sales, energy and utilities market strongly preferred</li><li>Experience with CRM tools</li><li>Ability to understand and market complex product portfolio (energy metering solutions, Heat &amp; Water, devices etc.)</li><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>A natural gift in building and develop business relationships (customer intimacy)</li><li>High professionalism and credibility</li><li>Experience leading projects of advantage</li><li>Willingness to travel on business on a regular basis (mainly in-country)</li><li>Experience form sales for local governmental authorities is of a big advantage  </li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Stability of employment in an international company from the energy sector in one of the regional offices located in Warsaw (Poznań or Katowice)</li><li>Independent work in a dynamic team with substantive support from leaders</li><li>Possibility of development, continuous expansion and improvement of their competences and professional qualifications (automation, IT, cloud computing) </li><li>Attractive remuneration system</li><li>Necessary tools and resources to perform the assigned tasks</li><li>Medical package</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Direct and friendly company culture of a small local team partnering with regional sales, supply chain and product management functions</li><li>Geografical area of responsibility: mainly Eastern Poland,</li><li>Office location: Warsaw, Poland.</li></ul> We value and encourage diversity in our team.
