Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</div>Job Title: Robotics Engineer  Location: Manteno, IL   Job Type: Full-Time <h2>Robot Application Engineer</h2><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Program, debug, and deploy industrial robots on production lines.</li><li>Participate in robot production line design, cycle time optimization, and layout evaluation.</li><li>Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, and welding equipment.</li><li>Support robot equipment installation, FAT/SAT, and ramp-up to mass production.</li><li>Troubleshoot robot alarms, downtime, and system stability issues.</li><li>Prepare robot programming standards and training materials.</li><li>Support new process and equipment introduction, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial robot applications.</li><li>Experience with at least one major robot brand such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or YASKAWA.</li><li>Proficient in teach pendant programming and on-site commissioning.</li><li>Experience in the new energy, battery, or automotive industry is a plus.</li></ul> The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80k - $120k + 15% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
