What will I be doing? As part of the Finance Team, you'll be responsible for reporting and managing the closing.You will report to Vp Finance and work closely with Financial controller, Accounting team and Sales ops team. To be more specific, this includes: 1. Financial Operations &amp; Processes 🤖 <ul><li>Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), working closely with the accounting firm in charge of the General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations</li><li>Support of the Sales Ops team to mManage properly the monthly billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, especially for SaaS subscription-based revenue streams</li><li>Ensure accurate revenue recognition aligned with SaaS industry standards (e.g., ASC 606)</li><li>Work closely with Sales Ops to manage and improve collections and DSO metrics.</li><li>Work closely with Legal to control terms &amp; conditions related to suppliers to improve cash management and payment on due date</li></ul>2. Systems &amp; Reporting 🔎 <ul><li>Maintain and optimize finance ERP and AP software (Spendesk, SalesForce, etc.).</li><li>Be responsible for accounting closing and reporting.
