The Role We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing efforts, drive business growth, and ensure brand consistency. This is a freelance or part-time contract role for one year, ideal for an experienced marketing professional who can work independently and confidently challenge leadership decisions when necessary to ensure marketing effectiveness. This role will have an initial term of one year, covering maternity for one of our company founders, working closely with other senior leaders and potential to convert to perm role following initial term.  As the Marketing Manager, you will independently structure and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with our business objectives. You will oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring coordination with key industry events, external design and press agencies, and internal stakeholders to maintain a streamlined communication strategy.
