The ICCT is now looking for an intern to join our office in Beijing, working to support EV-related research. The internship will have a duration of 6 months with the possibility to extend longer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the nonprofit sector.
You Will:
- Contribute to EV-related projects
- Conduct quantitative and policy analysis under the guidance from ICCT’s research staff
- Support report writing and outreach material preparation
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned
You Have:
- Undergraduates in the
3rd or the last year of school or graduate students, preferably with a major in Transportation, Urban Studies, Public Policies, Environmental Science & Engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles, EV batteries, and the relevant policies, and experiences
with
EV-related projects is preferred.
- Advanced charting
and data analysis skills
in Excel and familiarity with quantitative analysis tools such as Python, R, and Matlab.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Ability to work 25-30 hours per week
for at least 6 months.
Our
Benefits
The internship will be based in our Beijing office and have a duration of 6 months with the possibility of
extension.
The ICCT will provide a laptop and other office equipment as needed. This internship offers a salary of ¥3,200 a month ( 3 days per month), or an amount proportional to the workload allowed by your university.
